How to increase / decrease text size in your browser

Internet Explorer - from the top menu choose View > Text Size and select a larger or smaller size. Or hold down the 'Ctrl' key and scroll the wheel on your mouse up or down.

Safari (Mac) - from the top menu choose View > text size and choose the size.

I can't see your latest offer page / banner?

I can't see my flight booking in 'my account'

In order to see scheduled bookings in your account you must either log-in as you make your booking (once you've selected your flights) or create an account (specify a password) on the payment page as you make your booking. All bookings made using that account should then be accessible from 'my account'.

If you haven't logged in when you made your booking you can still look it up from the 'my account' page, but instead of logging in using your email address and password, you need to enter the email address used to make the booking and the booking reference number (enter this into the box at the bottom of the 'my account' page and leave the password box blank).

My password isn't working?

Please check you have typed your password correctly, including the correct use of uppercase and lowercase letters. Ensure that you haven't got 'Caps Lock' activated on your keyboard by mistake. Finally ensure that you're using the correct email address and password combination.

If it still won't work then just click on the "I've forgotten my password" link, which is underneath the password box, and follow the instructions, we'll then email your password to you.

Why can I no longer view, change or add to my existing CYP£ (Cyprus Pounds) flight bookings?

We are no longer able to process online changes, additions or check-in's for CYP£ (Cyprus Pounds) bookings due to the currency change to EUR € (Euros). All changes can be handled via our call centre - please visit our contact us section. If you don't require any changes or additions you can check-in at the airport as usual.

problems paying with a credit/debit card

There could be number of possible reasons for payment problems relating to credit/debit cards including:

  • You entered your card number incorrectly.
  • Your payment card is not valid (e.g. has it expired or been deactivated?)
  • You selected the wrong card type for the card number you entered (e.g. choosing Visa credit for a MasterCard credit number).
  • The expiry date you entered does not match your card number.
  • The card name you entered does not match your card number.
  • If you entered an issue number for a Maestro debit card, please ensure you use 2 digits (e.g. 01, 05, 12).
  • The billing address you entered does not match your card, please check the address is correct or opt to enter a separate billing address.

To try and rectify any of the above problems just click 'back' in your browser tool bar to return to the payment page, check all the payment details you entered are correct or try another payment card and purchase. If you still experience problems please contact our internet helpdesk.

unsubscribing from email updates

You can manage your subscription to email updates by logging into the 'my account' page, see instructions below:

Customers with an account/password: Please log in using your email address and password selecting the 'subscribe/unsubscribe to email updates' option. Then set your answer to 'Would you like to receive email updates?' to either "No" to unsubscribe or 'Yes' to subscribe.

Customers without an account/password: You will need to create a customer account. On the 'my account' page click 'register now', choose a password and then complete your personal details and email preferences. You can unsubscribe from certain information by un-ticking the relevant boxes, or you can unsubscribe completely. Use your customer account to manage your personal details and booking information in future.
